Show: Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood
In
the beginning, Ross informs the cast that the government
has set up new rules and regulations for the minors
working on TV shows to protect them from labor, including
taking away their pay because "money corrupts."
Ross decides to "bends the rules a little"
and pay $10 to each cast member. Meanwhile, the cast
pokes fun at the world full of irritating rules. In

YOU NOTICE?
- Right
before a commercial break, Christine is slimed,
and it's very thick. At the end of the show, Ross
is slimed. The slime is thin. This is one of the
few episodes that had two different consistencies
of slime in one episode. Another was The
Not So Fair Show from 1982.
