ycdtotv on tv tome

I was wondering if anyone else been to the ycdtotv page on TV tome lately. I was on a few days ago and under DVD releases they have that ycdtotv will defanty be released but the site they link to on tvshowsondvd.com does not promise you can't will be released the link is to the nick rewind collection where they mention you can’t but they don’t promise it will be released. so I just think TV tome is wrong but I was wondering if there is any other sites that also collaborate a defenent season DVD of ycdtotv.
