They were all good, but I've gotta go old school, and choose Christine and Lisa. They always seemed to have that great "best friend/bitter enemy" vibe in episodes. That was cool.

Les was just so versatile, all the characters that he has played over the years, he is truly talented. As for Christine, you just have to hand it to her, she has had more slime, water, and other assorted stuff dumped on her over the years then anyone else.

First, let me give "props" to the versatile man of 1,000 characters, Les Lye. He was the go-to guy that helped the show along.

Also, kudos to Abby Hagyard for similar reasons. And now the top 5 girls and top 5 boys.

Other personal faves: Matthew Godfrey, Jill Stanley, Jennifer Brackenbury, Marjorie Silcoff, Carlos Braithwaite and Vanessa Lindores.

I also have to give props to two underappreciated cast members from 1986-87 who had some particularly show-stealing scenes and handled them very well: Vikram Sahay and Andrea Byrne.

I loved Vikram in the scenes where he outsmarted Mr. Schidtler. In "Anniversaries," he used a fictitious Indian holiday called "Rishni Pishni" as an excuse to dress the teacher up like a clown. And in "Books and Reading," Vikram, who seems to have poor English reading skills, makes a bet with the teacher that he can read a book better than the teacher. The kicker: the book is in Sanskrit, and Vik wins the bet! :mrgreen:

I also loved Andrea as "Little Orphan Andrea" in the "Adoption" episode, which I have only recently gotten to see, as I never saw it in its original airing since it was banned. It was her time to shine and most people never got to see it. She sure seemed to be having a lot of fun though! I'm glad she opted to return in '89, even though she was never a "major" cast member.

Did anyone see/talk to Vikram or Andrea at either of the Slimecons?

For some reason I like the show best with what I call the "regulars" on it. I guess that means my favorites have to be Christine, Lisa, Alasdair, Kubusheskie, Adam Reid, Matthew, Dougie, and Vanessa. I also think some other people like Marjorie, Ben, and Eugene Contraras add to the show (that guy Jeff from Families that I just saw today was good too). But yeah, most people are pretty funny.

Oh yeah, and what would the show be without Les?
