  • A few more childhood TV memories...

    Who here remembers...

    Kidd Video
    Captain Kangaroo
The OLD wendy's commercials with the 3 old ladies in the car and the one driving drives like a bootlegger. The other 2 ladies in the back seat are sliding back and forth as the one driving takes turns at speed and every burger joint they'd stop at she'd lean out the window and yell "WHERE'S THE BEEF?" and the burger joints pick up window would crumble. (makes me crack up just thinkin about it)
    Turkey TV
The old saturday morning cartoon featuring 80's Wrestling Superstars driving monster trucks (i don't remember the name of this one so any help would be great). All i can remember is it had Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, Roddy Piper, The Sheik, and a few others driving monster trucks, i can remember that much cuz i always thought Hogans truck was the coolest thing i ever saw (it had 6 wheels )
    Liquid TV
    The Young Ones
The Old McDonalds commercials when they had Grimace, The Hamburgler, and The Fry guys as characters on them
    Knight Rider (with David Hasselhoff)
    Vat iz dat smell, Demitri..?
    It's da peasants, Svatislav...they're revolting!
    So iz dat joke, Demitri

Kidd Video, I wonder if they could do a remake of this series or having a reunion movie of the cast who finally after all these years returns to their home?

The name of the wrestling superstars cartoon was Hulk Hogan's Rock'N'Wrestling if my memory is correct.

I don't remember the McDonalds ones but I remember the Burger King ad "Aren't you hungry for Burger King now!" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ocH1z5SK6Qo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYHo8J9B09A
