  • You Still Can't - New Clip Online

I've uploaded a new clip from the You Still Can't project which involves Sigmund trying to convince Kenny that he's psychic. This little preview comes from a block of skits that deal with paranormal activity. As always, your feedback is most welcome.

http://www.1111productions.net/ysc/ is where you'll find it. Follow the Clips link and then click on the Psychic Sigmund header. The clip requires the RealPlayer and a broadband connection.

I still love the way Kenny is wearing Christine's old outfit... I think that ought to be a regular trend if further YSC episodes are created.

Anyhow, I've seen and read a lot of YCDTOTV-inspired revivals and reunions, but I've never gotten the feel of the original more than when I've watched these clips... even though I am a little biased about it. Good luck with the finished project, and let me know if there's anything further I might do to help. I continue to check these sites often for updates...

Locker room joke on "You Still Can't"

Greayt work on your part, Ric. I hope the next clip will be the locker room joke (hence the pic in your profile)

An even newer clip has just been uploaded. Go to http://www.1111productions.net/ysc/, follow the Clips link and click on Psychic Grandma. This is yet another skit from the Paranormal Activity block and you've all got to give Patte Rosebank kudos. She voices all three speaking parts - Jason, Mom, and Rhona - and if you close your eyes, you'd swear Abby Hagyard was sitting in that chair.

Thanks to all for your feedback.

                            New Intro Clip

The great thing about Macromedia Flash is doing in a few commands what hours and countless frames of motion film footage with carefully arranged and adjusted objects required for less than a minute of intro. Too bad the original photos/cutouts weren't available (or exist?) to be electronically maintained and called upon to re-enact without heavy lighting or dust on the lens in order to bring back this show for modern times.
The whole experience for me was a very enlargening one because I came to know and feel--understood a whole kind of world that was really new and alien to me, and I always had a certain feeling... because of the events that happened here.
