Default Most outrageous episodes of YCDTOTV?

What do you think were the most outrageous episodes of YCDTOTV as far as the riskiness, stuff they did on the show and the many things that they got away with? Here's my thoughts:

    1. Safety 1st (1981)
    2. Adoption
    3. Drugs
    4. Personal Hygiene
    5. Pollution (1989)

    1. Divorce
    2. Drugs
    3. Safety
    4. Sexual Equality (81)
    5. Fears of Growing Up (that one kinda depressed me)

I think there were a number of risky skits sprinkled all over the series. I'd name those skits when I can think of some. Right now, I'm remembering the short "sex" discussion in History on the link set. Also, in Holidays, Valerie asks Dougie what's wrong and he says he just found out Dad is Santa Clause. Valerie says "No!........gee I wondered why he kept all those reindeer in the garage." Heh, that was pretty close.

Yeah "You Can't" had risky sprinkled throughout the series but the Safety was definetly the most hard core. I mean Christine is cut in half, loses her head, gets shocked and gets 16 tons dropped on her. I think most of the 1981 episodes were the most daring out of the series.

Some outrageous episodes of YCDTOTV? Hmm....

    1. Fads and Fashions (especially the ending)
    &
    2. Seasons/Weather (especially the beginning)

I don't know if these count, since only parts are outrageous. As we all rediscover the weekly episodes, I'm sure that we'll find some that are truly outrageous.

Oh...the "Swearing" episode is pretty out there just on topic alone. It's where I first experience the incessant "bleeps" that I now call "Springer Ear"

There was quite a bit of hand-wringing over an opposite sketch I wrote for "Wildlife & Animals," where the camp director tells the kids they're going to visit the only known California condor nest and advises them to clean their guns. They even did a couple alternate versions where he tells the kids, "We should get some really good shots," and then brings out a pair of cameras. Fortunately, they decided to run it as written in the end. That sketch was also the only one of mine that made Les Lye crack up during a script read-through.

Nickelodeon Broadcast Standards got rather nervous about a sketch for "Pessimism/Optimism," where Valerie makes Lance a pair of pants with three legs. They were very insistent that the third leg be on the side, and not in the middle...
