Missed slimings

I notice that on episode 45, Liz and Lisa, in the beginning, are hurrying to buy something. Christine says, "What are you gonna buy?" And Liz says, "We don't know!"

Technically, shouldn't they both have been slimed?

In Christine's intro in episode 45, She says "I don't know why I say that..." and she didn't get slimed.

And in a recently displayed episode, Christine, in her intro, says, "I don't know about you guys, but..." and she didn't get slimed then either.

I'll bet there's a lot of other episodes like that.

There are many, many episodes like that. There's another in Body Parts, and another in Nutrition. There's also one in the WTYO pilot, if you count it. These are just three off the top of my head, I know there are several others.

We were always listening for those on the set, and managed to catch some of them, but yes, some did get by...

It seemed to happen once in almost every episode. A while back I started going back through my collection and deliberately watched every episode for what I called "Missed Opportunities" that we'd put in the episode guide. Unfortunately time got the better of me and I've had to table the project, but hopefully at some point I can resume...

christine got away 'clean' at least twice in 'ambition'.. once in barth's and again on the links set.. i'd hafta watch it again to see if there were any other times during that episode..
