Jokes in the credits

I was told there were real jokes in a lot of the closing credits.

In the 80's, it was "Christine Mc Glade takes no responsibility for the clothes in which she appears". What were the jokes in 1979/earliest 80's?

They would usually put a few birthday wishes in the credits, along with some of these lines:

ANYONE GOT ANY CREAM PIES? I NEED A FIX
SING ALONG IF YOU KNOW THE WORDS
INTERESTING, ISN'T IT??!
ALWAYS SAFETY FIRST
THIS IS LIKE WATCHING PAINT DRY

Also, in the 1989 and 1990 season, the words "and grand poobahs" appeared underneath "executive producers". Others, including "and grand poohbahs" were also included, such as "and dragon slayer". I'll write a few more lines later.
