ATTN Josh Yaun regarding SlimeCon DVD's

Recently purchased both SlimeCon DVD's through a friend's PayPal Account. The '02 DVD plays fine, and the '04 DVD's special features are fine but the main footage from '04 will not play on any of the DVD players I've tried them in including ones that are region-free. I believe it to be an encoding error, because the disc itself is in pristine condition but what does play is (only the first 12 seconds before it locks up) is pixelated and jumpy. Any chance for a replacement? I will provide you with the person's name and address who ordered on my behalf and the date purchased, but as he lives a distance from me, if I could get the replacement shipped directly to me, it would be easier for all involved. Just let me know at your convienence. Thanks, Josh!!

I'm sure he'll gladly replace it for you. The first batch of the '02 DVDs had that problem but everyone's copies were replaced. I haven't had problems with the '04 one though.

I've only received an email from one individual regarding this issue...so make sure you both email me at joshyawndj@gmail.com and let me know. I'm unable to know who is who just by your usernames on the forum. I would be glad to issue you replacements and apologize for the issue.

I should also point out that SlimeCon and YCDTOTV.com are in no way affiliated with one another so this really isn't the place to bring up such problems. I'm not really a regular poster here and I just happened to log in today and see your thread. But once again, I do apologize and would be happy to issue replacements.
