Default Sections will be updated as I have time

    Hey everyone-

Last night I was able to update the interviews section, so that's one more section done. The other sections will be done when I have time. I wished it could have all be done at once, but the Locker Room took longer than expected to configure.

I'll post updates on the main page of the site, so keep checking there to see when other areas of the site open up.

    Chris

Just an FYi, Chris: I clicked on a couple of the interviews and got a "page cannot be found" response. You didn't change the names of the files from html to htm extensions, did you?

Just so you know, I managed to mirror the entire old YCDTOTV.com website before it was taken down. If you want it, I can send you the tarball

You can also view past incarnations of YCDTOTV.com via the Internet Archive... Just in case anyone gets nostalgic. - http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.ycdtotv.com

Thanks, guys. I'm glad you all like the look of things.

Also, thank you Bob for pointing out the broken links on the interview main page. Some were pointing to part one of some interviews, but I have since combined all interviews to fit on one page. The page should be fixed now.

    Thanks again,

    Chris

    Chris,

I noticed that if you go to Elizabeth Mitchell's Bio and click on either one of the links (her interview or her "where are they now" page) they both take you to Marc Baillion's interview and "where are they now" page (which isn't even up yet)

I echo the same thoughts--nice updated look to the site, yet the true nostalgic pieces are in more of abundance than ever before.

I really hope we get to see expanded updates (whatever information can be properly extracted) for the Episode Guide section from 1983 onward. I want to be surprised when I read and reread the "Did you notice?" section. What a goldmine of information that will be for future generations.

Figuring past knowledge of Nickelodeon's schedules is getting shorter with the further passage of time, I have one suggestion:

If anyone resides (or attends) near a NCAA Division I or II university or college, most undergraduate sections have the actual copies of TV Guide so people can attempt to find out when the first airing of episodes actually took place. But, if you are a student (part time or full time), please see if anyone can try to track down any instructors who have a background in television history and see if you could ask if they of any individuals who were fans of Nickelodeon in the 1980's.

    Please keep posting those updates.

Until the time one March when future CBS Sports promos in a future NCAA men's basketball tournament will deal with a "You Can't" reunion movie, I am out. I say--Enough about this talk of Spring Break Shark Attack, Locusts, or Elvis.

Actually, the episode guide is completely done. Are you still looking at an old copy of the guide?

    No.

The answer to my inquiry is about the brief summaries...it appears they may have been transposed from the old site. Please refresh my memory a bit if you can.

    Thanks.
