The creator of YCDTOTV, Roger Price, not only gave us the greatest kids' television show of all time, but he had many other notable media projects as well. This page is dedicated to the other ventures in his illustrious career.

Something Else was a one-hour game show produced locally at CJOH-TV in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in the winter of 1981. It went live every Saturday morning from Studio D. [more]
UFO Kidnapped, a pilot for a proposed kids' science fiction series, was written and produced by Roger Price and starred many of the kids from You Can't Do That On Television as well as Les Lye. In 1983, when YCDTOTV had been increased to airing on Nickelodeon three times a week, Roger Price proposed this science-fiction series, which was obviously drawn from his previous work on the Tomorrow People series. Turkey Television, a sketch comedy for youth, was ordered by Nickelodeon as a result of the popularity of You Can't Do That On Television. The Tomorrow People are the next stage of human evolution: Homo Superior. Gifted with various telepathic abilities such as telepathy, telekinesis and teleportation (jaunting), these special teenagers are also unable to kill. Sworn to defend the Earth from enemies both alien and human, The Tomorrow People operate from a secret base known as the Lab, situated in a disused London Underground tunnel, and are assisted by Tim - a sentient, biotronic computer. In late 1982, Roger Price and Geoff Darby were asked to come make a version of YCDTOTV for PBS in Boston. The series was originally called Don't Tell PBS! (though it was soon changed to Don't Look Now! when network executives realized it was too anti-PBS), and it followed much of the original, 1979 & 1981 live format of YCDTOTV. [more]
