Cristina Valenzuela, who voiced Kenny Lyn-Atwater in YSCDTOTV, will provide the voice of Sailor Mars in the new dub of Sailor Moon made by Viz.

I'd say she's relatively well-known by the stateside anime community.. I'd been seeing videos of her on the convention circuit for quite a while before it ever clicked that she was the one who'd voiced Kenny.
