  • Favorite Slime Moment

I love the slime at the end of not so fair. Where Lisa Natalie and the two boys get slimed. I also liked Amy and Jill Stanley getting slimed at the end of learning.

The best slime moment for me was Kevin's sliming in Addictions. He's in the dungeon and says the magic words and then he's slimed. What I liked most about that sliming was the consistency of it. It looked like big green chunks with green water being slimed over his long flowing Farah Fawcett hair.

Sariya and Nick's slime scene in 1989's "Effort"...great consistency there. In fact I think the best slime came from 1989-90...and 1982.

I like the one in "Television" where Christine gets slimed all the colors with Vanessa sitting next to her. I think it's hilarious how she keeps asking for the colors, including striped.

Another moment is not a slime per se, but it's in the beginning of the Fairy Tales and Myths episode in 86. Lance is painting the house and spills orange paint all over Vanessa. Now I'm sure they must have used a variation of orange slime to pour on Vanessa.

I love the 5-kid slime skit in Blame. Poor Jennifer got drowned by both slimes.

Kevin Kubushekie's sliming in "Rumours" or Alasdair and Vanessa's 2 combine-sliming in a row, and then Doug getting slimed in "Garbage".

You forgot Eugene in Foreign Countries...3 way tie or at least honorable mention
Lisa: "Dad, my friends at school say you have no savoir faire"

Senator Prevert: "Subway fare?? Why would I need subway fare?? There are no subways in this city!"

And Amyas in Fairy Tales. He looked like he was waiting for the slime.

Lord...who can forget Eugene totally screwing that one up? On replay, it actually looked like he was attempting to do the whole "why did I just say that" expression that Christine did a lot in 1981, but it just didn't work. Epic Fail!

I liked the Christine/Lisa slimings in the early episodes of the 1983 season like Rules & Regs, Future and Medicene. Lisa would get a good chunk of Christine's slimings in those episodes.

                            Which were the longest slimes?

In no particular order, here are some slimings that seemed to last a long time:

Charlie in the 1982 episode "Heroes"
Brodie in the 1982 episode "Culture Junk"
Chris in the 1989 episode "Excess"

Where there any others that approached the duration of the above slimings listed?

What about Lisa's sliming in the Rip offs episode? I think the whole screen turned green for about a second.
